30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Perishable Goods Exception
Due to the nature of our products, which include consumable goods such as tea, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened. All sales of perishable goods are final.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
– Perishable goods (such as tea and other consumables)
– Custom or personalized products
– Gift cards
– Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure about your item’s eligibility, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
